Publication Ethics
Duties of Authors
1. The author must certify that the article is the sole work of the author, or the work of the authors and co-authors as specified.
2. The author must certify that the article has never been published before, both in print and electronic media.
3. The author must certify that the article does not infringe the copyright of others.
4. The author must certify that the article has the correct content according to academic principles.
5. The author must prepare the article correctly according to the criteria specified in "Author Guidelines".
6. The author must certify that the article will not be submitted to other journals for re-publishing within 2 months from the date the author submits the article to the journal.
7. The author must certify that the article will not be withdrawn from consideration for publication unless there is a valid reason.
Duties of Editor
1. Editors must consider whether the scope of the article's content is within the scope of the journal.
2. Editors must consider the quality of an article whether it deserves to be published in a journal or not.
3. Editors must not disclose information about authors and peer reviewers to unrelated parties throughout the period of article quality assessment.
4. Editors must be free from prejudice to authors and reviewers.
5. Editors must not have conflicts of interest with authors and reviewers.
Duties of Reviewers
1. The reviewers must assess the quality of the article by himself/herself.
2. The reviewers must assess the quality of the article with full knowledge and academic competence.
3. The reviewers must not find out who the author is.
4. The reviewers must not disclose information about the content of the article to other unrelated parties throughout the period of article quality assessment.
5. The reviewers must be free from bias against the author.
6 The reviewers must not have conflicts of interest with the author.
