MANAGEMENT FACTORS INFLUENCING THE DECISION TO STUDY IN LIU ZHOU SECOND VOCATIONAL TECHNICAL SCHOOL, GUANG XI PROVINCE, PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study the level of opinions of management factors influencing the decision to study in Liuzhou Second Vocational College, GUANG XI Province, People's Republic of China and to test an influential decision factors to study in Liuzhou Second Vocational College, GUANG XI Province, People's Republic of China. The sample were 351 new students enrolled the first year in the year 2021. The instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the research were descriptive statistics for percentage, mean, standard deviation and statistical inference analysis of multiple regression using the Enter Technique. The research results showed that administrative factors influencing the decision to study in Liuzhou Second Vocational College, GUANG XI Province, People's Republic of China. Overall and each aspect had a high average level. All factors such as School image, Curriculum, Teacher, Environmental, Service, Public relations, personal reasons and Administrative factors influencing the decision to study in Liuzhou Second Vocational College, GUANG XI Province, People's Republic of China were school image factors. Curriculum factors environmental factors, and service factors, were statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
