Abstract

This study examines how AI Technology Adoption, Business Model Innovation, and Digital Capacity influence Digital Entrepreneurship and Competitive Advantage among organizations in Thailand. Data was collected from 276 executives engaged in digital transformation, and multiple linear regression analysis was employed. The results demonstrate that both models are significant, with high explanatory power for DE (R²-adjusted = 0.84) and CA (R²-adjusted = 0.75). Key findings highlight that digital skills, value creation, and compatibility strongly enhance entrepreneurial agility, while organizational adaptability and managerial capabilities show differing effects on sustaining competitive advantage. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning digital strategies to simultaneously foster entrepreneurship and long-term competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic digital economy.
