Roles and Duty of the Editor

  1. The editor is responsible for developing and publishing the journal in accordance with the established policies and guidelines.

Roles and Duty of the Author

  1. The author is expected to have knowledge and comprehension of the standards for research articles and to produce high-quality research articles.
  2. the article has never been published in any journal before, and is not in the process of consideration for publication in any journal or other dissemination sources.
  3. The authors are prohibited from committing plagiarism or violating the copyright of others, and must properly cite and reference the source in accordance with the pre-determined format.
  4. The author is required to report the accurate research data.
  5. All authors listed in the article must have actively participated in the research activities.
  6. The authors must adhere to the guidelines for preparing their manuscripts.
  7. The authors are expected to make revisions to their articles based on the suggestions and feedback provided by the peer reviewers and editorial board.
  8. A research study that involves human subjects should include a letter of certification from the Committee on Human Research Ethics. (Optional)
  9. Any research study conducted with human beings should have a certifying letter from the Committee on Human Research Ethics.
  10. Articles should have Digital Object Identifier numbers (DOI).

 

Roles and Duty of the Peer Reviewers

  1. The peer reviewers must not be disclosed to other people.
  2. The peer reviewers must not have conflicts of interest with the article.
  3. Peer reviewers are expected to offer recommendations and provide examples of significant research works that are relevant to the article being evaluated.
  4. If the article reviewer finds that any part of the article does not meet the standards, the peer reviewers must inform the journal’s editor and decline to evaluate that particular article.
