บทคัดย่อ

งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบจัดการเนื้อหาเว็บไซต์ด้วย Laravel Framework สำหรับธุรกิจ SMEs กรณีศึกษา บริษัท มายาวดี ไอที โซลูชั่น จำกัด และ 2) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิภาพของระบบตามกรอบมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 25010 ควบคู่กับแนวทาง SEO Technical Audit การดำเนินการวิจัยใช้กระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์ตามวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (Software Development Life Cycle: SDLC) ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ การออกแบบระบบ การพัฒนา และการทดสอบระบบ โดยพัฒนาในรูปแบบเว็บแอปพลิเคชันโดยใช้ Laravel Framework ร่วมกับ PHP, MySQL และ Tailwind CSS ออกแบบโครงสร้างระบบให้รองรับการกำหนดสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้ และสนับสนุนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเว็บไซต์ด้าน SEOzการประเมินคุณภาพของระบบดำเนินการตามกรอบมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 25010 จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ จำนวน 10 คน เจ้าของกิจการ และผู้ดูแลระบบ จำนวน 5 คน และผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปจำนวน 15 คน คัดเลือกด้วยวิธีการแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) โดยผลการประเมินมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมทุกด้านเท่ากับ 4.75 อยู่ในระดับดีมาก โดยด้านความปลอดภัย มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ( = 4.88) รองลงมาคือด้านความสะดวกในการใช้งาน ( = 4.77) ด้านประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ( = 4.76) ด้านความเหมาะสมของฟังก์ชัน ( = 4.75) และด้าน SEO และการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพของเว็บไซต์ ( = 4.60) ตามลำดับ ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่าระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานในธุรกิจ SMEs ได้อย่างเหมาะสม และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาเว็บไซต์เชิงธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
