THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AFFECTING PERFORMANCE OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS IN MUEANG SAKON NAKHON DISRTICT, SAKON NAKHON PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of human resource management of local government organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon district; 2) to study the efficiency of local government organizations. in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District 3) to study the influence of human resource management affecting the efficiency of local administrative organizations. in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District The sample group includes Local government officials In Mueang Sakon Nakhon district, 268 people were stratified sampling. Questionnaires were used as a tool to collect data. and statistics used in data analysis, such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis The results of the research were as follows: 1) Human resource management of local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District. Overall, it was at a high level (=3.89). Considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was human resource procurement (=4.06), followed by human resource maintenance and protection (=3.84). Human resource (=3.81) and human resource award (=3.80) respectively 2) the efficiency of local administrative organizations in Mueang Sakon Nakhon district. Overall, it was at a high level (=4.39). The aspect with the highest average was management (=3.98), followed by public services (=3.90), personnel administration and council affairs (=3.85), financial and fiscal management ( =3.61). ) and good governance (= 3.58) respectively  3) human resource management Human resource maintenance and protection (β=.430), human resource reward (β=.221) and human resource development (β=.173) have the power to predict the efficiency of local administrative organizations. in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District The statistical significance at the .05 level explains that these components can jointly predict the performance level of the local administrative organization. in Mueang Sakon Nakhon District Sakon Nakhon Province at 59.30 percent (R²=.593)
