Abstract

Digital platforms are powerful tools for service innovation and product service development for businesses.  The adoption of digital platforms is a new mode of conducting socio-economic activities. Created a new type of economy called the sharing economy between entrepreneur and customers, which is a business strategy that provides services through a platform under a business ecosystem that connects service providers and service recipients. Build and develop relationships to make business on the platform flexible and adapt to survive as in natural ecosystems. Especially in the situation of COVID-19 that caused a change in consumption behavior that creates a new process of consumption. The platform economy therefore continues to grow under the new normal. That people have to work and study from home and stay digital to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Digital platforms develop the hospitality industry create a competitive advantage, create a special experience for service recipients. This depends on the development of the platform and the ability of the platform to meet the customer's needs as much as possible.
