Abstract

The strategic plan of the Local Administrative Promotion Department was provided as        a guiding framework for successfully implementing and driving the government policies. Each strategy was formulated on the basis of the Balanced Scorecard principles which consisted of: (1) Strengthening local governance underpinned by the doctrines of Democracy with the King as Head of State and        the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy, (2) Promoting and improving the locality while driving the nation towards the developed Thailand 4.0. in compliance with the local groundwork, (3) Developing           the effective and efficient public administration as well as good governance in Thai localities, (4) Enhancing the public services to be of high-quality for the sake’s of the people’s quality of life, (5) Managing and developing the Local Administrative Promotion Department’s human resources to serve the national development’s missions and directions,  and (6) Developing the organizations to reach and be approved of by the international social standards based on morality, knowledge and high performance.
