Guidelines for New learning management by school administrators of educational opportunity expansion school under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area office 1

Abstract

This research aimed to 1) study the needs for new normal learning management administration by school administrators of educational opportunity expansion schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area office 1, and 2) to study the guidelines for new normal learning management administration by school administrators of educational opportunities expansion schools under the Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research employed a mixed-methods research design. The sample consisted of 197 administrators and teachers, selected through simple random sampling. The research instruments used were a questionnaire concerning the guidelines for new normal learning management administration by school administrators of educational opportunity expansion schools; a focus group discussion record form for collecting opinions from experts; and a suitable assessment form for new normal learning management administrator guidelines, used to evaluate the appropriateness and feasibility of the proposed guidelines. Quantitative data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and need index, while qualitative data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis. The results of the research found that the highest need was the area of ​​new normal learning management, followed by development, planning, curriculum administration, receiving feedback, evaluation, and teacher development, respectively. The guideline for new normal learning management administration consisted of 7 dimensions and 34 approaches, which can be effectively applied for planning and improving the quality of education management in educational opportunity expansions school.
