Guidelines for the development of digital leadership and innovation development in teachers' learning management within Sichon 2 Educational Quality Development School Network

This research aimed to 1) study the needs for the development of digital leadership and innovation in teachers' learning management, 2) study guidelines for the development of digital leadership and innovation in teachers' learning management, and 3) evaluate the appropriateness and feasibility of the guidelines for development of digital leadership and innovation in teachers' learning management within Sichon 2 Educational Quality Development School Network. This study employed survey research. This research, conducted in three phases. Phase 1 examined the needs assessment, where the sample consisted of 127 school administrators and teachers from Sichon 2 Educational Quality Development School Network. The sample size was determined using Krejcie and Morgan table, and the instrument utilized was questionnaire.Phase 2 focused on developing the guidelines through a focus group discussion. The sample consisted of eight qualified experts selected via purposive sampling. Phase 3 involved evaluated the appropriateness and feasibility of the guidelines. The sample consisted of five qualified experts, and the instrument utilized was an evaluation forms. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation, the needs index, and content analysis. The results showed that 1) the needs for development of digital leadership and innovation in teachers' learning management in Sichon 2 Educational Quality Development School Network were found to be, in descending order of necessity: digital communication, digital organizational development, building digital culture and digital communication. 2) The guidelines for developing digital leadership and innovation in teachers' learning management within the Sichon 2 Educational Quality Development Network should focus on organizing training and study visits to enhance digital technology skills in meetings and communication. This measure aimed to support teachers in development and implementing learning management innovations. 3) The overall appropriateness and feasibility of the guidelines for the development of digital leadership and innovation in teachers' learning management with in Sichon 2 Educational Quality Development School Network were assessed the highest level.
