FACTORS AFFECTING SATISFACTION TOWARD QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF SAKON NAKHON RAJABHAT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of satisfaction with the quality of education of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University 2) to compare the satisfaction with the quality of education of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University according to personal factors. The sample group includes 251 students of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University in the normal and special sectors were used by a stratified sampling method. by using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data and statistics used in data analysis, such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T test One-way ANOVA The results of the research were as follows: 1) The level of satisfaction with the educational quality of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. Overall, 8 aspects were at a high level. 2) The level of satisfaction with the educational quality of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. Different according to personal factors of age occupation, and type of student with statistical significance at the .05 level, except for personal factors relating to gender, faculty under study, and academic year. found no difference.
