Article Review Policy

Articles accepted for publication must not have been previously published elsewhere and must not be under consideration for publication in any other journal or publication.
Authors must prepare manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s formatting and submission guidelines.
Published articles must demonstrate academic quality and contribute either theoretically or practically. The content and writing style must align with the journal’s objectives. All articles undergo evaluation and approval by three qualified peer reviewers who are experts in the relevant field and have a consistent research record. A double-blinded review process is used, ensuring anonymity between authors and reviewers.
The editorial board may send reviewers’ comments to authors for revisions. Authors are required to revise their manuscripts according to the reviewers’ suggestions.
The editorial board reserves the right to edit the format and layout of submitted manuscripts for publication. Authors agree to allow editorial adjustments to ensure completeness and compliance with the journal’s requirements.
If peer reviewers request revisions, authors must revise and resubmit the revised manuscript within 7 days from the date of receiving the review comments. Failure to comply may result in postponement of publication to a later issue.
If peer reviewers conclude that a manuscript cannot be accepted for publication, the journal will formally notify the author.
The views, copyright, and responsibility for the content of published articles belong solely to the authors. The editorial board assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or content of published manuscripts.

Review Process
