STUENT PARENT’S PARTICIPATION IN EDUCATIONAIL MANAGEMENT OF BANNONG SANTOR NON SANGKOM SCHOOL IN PHEN DISTRICT UNDER THE UDONTHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate student parent’s participation in educational
m anagement of Bannong Santor Non SangKom School in Phen District under the Udonthani
Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The samples consisted of 97 people. The framework of
this study consisted of educational administrations: academic administration, budget
administration, human resources administration and general administration. The instrument was a
validated five–rating scale questionnaire. It had IOC values of 1. 0 and reliability of 0.87. The
percentage, mean, standard deviation were employed to analyze the data. The result indicated that
the overall Student Parent’s Participation in Educationail Management of Bannong Santor Non
SangKom in Phen District under the Udonthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. were at
a high level. They are put in order from high to low as the following: general administration,
academic administration, human resources administration and budget administration. Parents'
development guidelines give importance and take part in educational management. academic
work parents help encourage schools to develop education together with the community.
