Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study factors affecting document management in accordance with the employment contract in controlling the double track railway construction project in the city of Lopburi - Pak Nam Pho; and 2) to study attitudes about document operation in accordance with the employment contract in controlling the double track railway construction project in the city of Lopburi - Pak Nam Pho. This is a quantitative research. The samples used in this study were employer group, contractor group and the group of designers and supervisors.
The findings showed that 1) factors affecting document management in accordance with the employment contract in controlling the double track railway construction project in the city of Lopburi - Pak Nam Pho that had the highest mean values were as follows: The supervisor must supervise the work to be completed within the time period specified in the employment contract with mean values of 4.73 and S.D. of 0.56, the supervisor must always monitor the progress of the work with mean values of 4.73 and S.D. of 0.53, and there must be a construction safety inspection with a documented report weekly and monthly with mean values of 4.69 and S.D. of 0.57 respectively. 2) The attitudes about documents used to control construction work that had the highest mean values were human factors with the item that the supervisors who inspect the work to be ready and prepare the documents to inspect the work site within the working day can help reduce document problems with the mean values of 4.65 and S.D. of 0.67.
