Abstract

This research article aims to (1) study the leadership of school administrators. (2) To study Scout activities organized by educational institutions under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 (3) To study the relationship between executive leadership and Scout activities of educational institutions under the Office of Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. This research is quantitative research. The population used was School administrators under the jurisdiction Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, totaling 134 people. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. Which has a reliability 0.873. Data was analyzed by mean, percentage, frequency distribution. standard deviation and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The results of the research revealed that (1) school administrators had overall leadership at the highest level. And the leadership with the highest average is Commanding Leadership (2) Management of Scout Activities in Schools Overall, it was at a high level. and the side with the highest mean monitoring and evaluation (3) The leadership of school administrators and the management of Scout activities were positively correlated. Statistically significant at the 0.1 level.
