Abstract

Research on Happiness at work that affects the work efficiency of teachers in Chian Yai District Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 3, the objectives are 1) to study the level of happiness in the work of teachers in Chian Yai District, under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 3 2) To study the level of work efficiency of civil servant teachers in Chian Yai District under Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Area 3 3) To study the relationship between happiness at work and work efficiency of civil servant teachers in Chian Yai District. Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3 and 4) To study the variables predicting happiness at work that affect the work efficiency of teachers in Chian Yai District. Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, there were 59 items. For the statistics used in data analysis, including frequency values and finding percentages, averages, and standard deviations. Analyze statistics using ready-made programs.


The research results were as follows:


1) The happiness at work of civil servant teachers in Chian Yai District under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3 was found to be overall at a high level.


2) The performance efficiency of teachers in Chian Yai District under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3 was found to be at a high level overall.


3) The relationship between happiness at work and work efficiency of teachers in Chian Yai District Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, it was found that There is a positive relationship (r = .440 - .762) with statistical significance at the .001 level.


4) Results of stepwise multiple regression analysis to propose the selection of work happiness variables into the best prediction equation for predicting the work efficiency of teachers. Under the jurisdiction of the Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Area 3 It was found that the variables in work progress Positive thinking Together they can predict the performance of teachers. Statistically significant at the .001 level, both variables can explain 71.0 percent of the variation in the performance of teachers (R2 = .710). The error from the forecast is 0.252.

The prediction equation in standard score form is as follows:
