Abstract
This thesis has the following objectives: 1) study the 21st century school administrators’ skill level Primary School Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3. 2) study the level of Influencing of Primary School Effectiveness Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3. 3) To study the relationship between Administrative Skills of School Administrators In The 21st century Primary School Effectiveness Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3. 4) study and research the predictors Administrative Skills of School Administrators In The 21st century Primary School Effectiveness Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3. The population were school teacher under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 3, the samples were about 306 persons, The tool used for data collection is a closed - ended questionnaire which analyzes the data intensively. The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation, Stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings were as follows
- Analysis results regarding Administrative Skills of School Administrators in The 21st Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3 was height level.
- Analysis results regarding Both overall and each aspect showed the effectiveness of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3 was height level.
- Analysis results regarding the relationship between the skills of school administrators in the 21st century and the effectiveness of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area office 3 was height level and statistically significant correlation at the .001 (r=.729).
