Abstract

A study of motivation for working and organizational commitment of Finance Office personnel King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang Bangkok The objective of this research was to study the motivation factors for working that affect the organizational commitment of personnel. and to study the relationship between work motivation and organizational commitment. by collecting information from personnel of Finance Office The data collection tools were questionnaires and the statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation. and inferential statistics for testing hypotheses. by testing for the Pearson correlation coefficient, The statistical significance was determined at the 0.05 level. The results showed that Work motivation factors affecting organizational engagement of personnel in terms of motivating factors, respondents The level of opinion of the motivation factors was at a high level. with the nature of the work as the first priority in terms of supporting factors respondents Give the opinion level of the supporting factor. Overall, it is at a high level. with job security as the first priority in terms of commitment to the organization respondents The level of opinion of the organization's commitment as a whole is at a high level. with persistence aspect as the first priority. The correlation between motivating and sustaining factors in overall work had a relatively high correlation with organizational commitment.
