Abstract

This study aims to investigate the level of academic leadership of school administrators and compare the perspectives of teachers and educational staff on the academic leadership of school administrators. The sample group consisted of 175 participants, selected through random sampling from teachers and educational staff in schools under the jurisdiction of local administrative organizations in Wang Thong District, Phitsanulok Province. The research tool used was a questionnaire designed to assess the academic leadership of school administrators. Data analysis involved frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing using t-test and ANOVA.

The results revealed that the highest mean score was for the aspect of seeking new knowledge, reflecting the administrators' ability to promote learning among teachers and staff. In contrast, the lowest mean score was for organizing knowledge exchange activities between teachers, parents, and the community, which indicated a gap in connecting learning between schools and the community. The comparison of academic leadership by gender and educational level showed no significant statistical differences, while the comparison by age revealed significant differences, with teachers of different age groups having different attitudes toward academic leadership. This study highlights the importance of experience and the ability to adapt to changes in technology and education based on the age and experience of administrators.
