Abstract

This research aims to study the current situation and development guidelines for school administration according to safety school at Suan Theprattipthai Chalermphrakiat sub-campus under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Pathum Thani. The sample group consisted of 242 teachers, and a focus group was conducted with seven experts. The statistical analyses used included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research result were 1) The overall administration according to safety measures in educational institutions was conducted at a high level. 2) The development guidelines for school administration based on safety measures covered three aspects: Prevention, including (1) safety planning, (2) budget allocation, and (3) implementing preventive measures based on safety guidelines. Cultivation, including (1) creating safety promotion manuals and (2) providing safety training. Suppression, including (1) installing disaster prevention systems, (2) regularly inspecting safety systems, and (3) conducting drills to ensure preparedness and effective problem-solving.
