Good Governance for Effective Management in Graduate Education Program in Modern Organizational Management, Krirk University

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: (1) examine the level of good governance practices in the Modern Organizational Management Program, Krirk University; (2) study the level of effectiveness in managing graduate education within the same program; (3) study a relationship between good governance principles and the effectiveness of graduate education management in the Modern Organizational Management Program at Krirk University; (4) find the influence of good governance principles on the effectiveness of graduate education management in the Modern Organizational Management Program at Krirk University. This study employed a quantitative research methodology. The samples group consisted of 250 participants, including expert faculty members, lecturers, graduate students, and staff from the Modern Organizational Management Program, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Krirk University. Data were collected by using a questionnaire. Statistics used in this study consisted of frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA).
The results showed that the level of good governance practices in the Modern Organizational Management Program, Krirk University was at the highest level; (2) the level of effectiveness in managing graduate education in the Modern Organizational Management Program, Krirk University was at a high level; (3) good governance principles had a relationship with the effectiveness of graduate education management in the Modern Organizational Management Program at Krirk University at the 0.05 level; (4) good governance principles had the effect on the effectiveness of graduate education management at the 0.05 level, which can be ranked from higher to lower as accountability, rule of law, participation, value of money, transparency and virtue. These variables collectively explained 91.20% of the variance in educational management effectiveness (R² = 0.912). In conclusion, it can be concluded that the management of graduate education in the Modern Organizational Management program at Krirk University, based on the principles of good governance, enhances the effectiveness of educational administration in a systematic, transparent, and sustainable manner. This approach can also serve as a model for improving the educational management systems of other institutions effectively.
