Abstract

This academic article aims to study Buddhist peaceful methods that contribute to the development of volunteerism according to the Sangahawatthu 4. It is like a device for human resource development to be effective or to operate the organization in accordance with its goals and missions. This must ensure that personnel have the capacity to design career development or career paths to suit the mission by applying the principles such how to manage personnel (Personnel Management) as a tool for development. Then, an organization's human resource development can be managed effectively, it must rely on tools such as the four Sangkhahavatthu 4 mentioned above in the form of integration. The application of volunteer spirit development according to Buddhist peaceful methods conducive to the development of volunteer spirit according to the Sangahawatthu 4. It was found that six important developmental issues related to Buddhist peaceful methods that contributed to the development of the volunteer spirit development process were knowledge, understanding, mindfulness and inner peace, skills, attitudes and networking.
