This research delves into the intricate tapestry of mindfulness practices within the cultural milieu of Thai society. Mindfulness, deeply rooted in Buddhist traditions, has gained increasing global attention for its potential benefits in various aspects of well-being. However, the application and understanding of mindfulness are profoundly influenced by cultural contexts, presenting unique manifestations and interpretations across different societies. Through a comprehensive review of literature and qualitative analysis, this study explores the nuanced landscape of mindfulness practices in Thailand, elucidating how cultural, religious, and societal factors shape its expression and adoption. By examining historical roots, contemporary applications, and societal perceptions, this research aims to provide insights into the dynamic interplay between mindfulness and Thai cultural ethos, offering implications for the integration of mindfulness-based interventions tailored to the Thai context.
