Abstract
This article aims to study Buddhism and the development of humanity, which is the essence, as well as the development of human resources under the current environment of the era are the subjects of study applying Buddhist doctrines to meet the needs of people in society by developing humanity and human resources appropriately. According to the study's findings, Buddhism develops individuals and society in parallel and interconnected ways, considering both the natural world and well-established concepts that demonstrate the power of fully formed individuals. It is crucial for building a prosperous society and giving everyone the chance to develop and have fulfilling lives. Furthermore, Buddhism is associated with the Buddhist way of life as a social institution. Social and cultural traditions pertaining to nature, problem-solving skills, and the welfare of individuals and society at large all depend on it. It can be said that Buddhism helps to structure social groups' existence in the ever-changing context of modern society.
