Creative Leadership of Administrators Affecting on Personnel Administration in School Under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom

Abstract

The objectives of this thesis were as follows: 1) To study the Creative Leadership of Administrators Under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom 2) To study the Personnel Administration in Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom 3) To study the Creative Leadership of Administrators Affecting on Personnel Administration in Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom

The samples group in this research Including educational personnel which consists of directors, human resource supervisors, and teachers, totaling 327 people. Data analysis uses ready-made programs. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean (𝑥̅), standard deviation (S.D.) and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The results of research were found that:

1) The Creative Leadership of Administrators Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom as a whole is at a high level. They can be sorted based on the averages in descending order. As follows: Teamwork, Vision, Consideration of individuality, Flexibility and creativity, respectively.

2) The Personnel Administration in Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom as a whole is at a high level. The average values ​​can be sorted from highest to lowest as follows: Development of teachers and personnel in educational institutions to be able to perform their duties efficiently. Arranging personnel to be suitable for their duties and responsibilities Recruiting efficient personnel to perform the work, providing advice and solving work problems for teachers and personnel in educational institutions. In terms of enhancing morale and encouragement for teachers and personnel in educational institutions, respectively.

3): Creative Leadership of Administrators Affecting on Personnel Administration in Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom. Namely Teamwork, Consideration of individuality, Flexibility, Vision and creativity. All 5 variables jointly can predict on Personnel Administration in Schools Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Pathom by 77% (R² = 0.770), which could write a multiple regression prediction equation as follows:
