Abstract

This research aims to study the current situation and development guidelines for strategic management of schools in the Pasak Chonlasit sub-campus under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Lopburi. The sample group consisted of 187 teachers and administrators, Data collection by a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and a focus group with 5 experts. The statistical analyses used included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research result were 1) The overall condition of strategic management at a high level. 2) The strategic management covered 4 aspects: 1) Analyzing the organizational environment, defining vision, mission, objectives, and strategies, and developing a strategic plan. 2) Formulating strategies by administrators and teachers analyze problems and propose solutions collaboratively .3) Implementing strategies by restructuring the organization to be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.4) Controlling strategies by developing a monitoring and evaluation system to compare performance outcomes in both the short and long term.
