Digital era Leadership of Administrators Affecting Internal Quality Assurance Effectiveness of The schools under Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Secondary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The purposes of the research were to: 1) investigate the effectiveness of internal quality assurance of the schools; 2) study the leadership in terms of digital era of the school administrators;3) examine the relationship between digital era leadership of the school administrators and the effectiveness of internal quality assurance; and 4) explore digital era leadership of the school administrators that affected internal quality assurance of the schools. The sample group, obtained by stratified sampling, consisted of 176 school administrators and head teachers responsible for the department of the schools under Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability level of 0.97 in terms of digital era leadership of the school administrators, and of 0.99 in terms of school internal quality assurance effectiveness. Statistical analysis was performed by mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The results were as follows: 1) The effectiveness of internal quality assurance of the schools was at a high level when considered as a whole. Student centered learning was found the highest, while student Quality was found the lowest; 2) digital era leadership of the school administrators at the schools under Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Secondary Educational Service Area Office was at a high level when considered as a whole. Digital Communication was found the highest, while digital vision was found the lowest; 3) leadership of the school administrators in terms of digital era related positively to the effectiveness of internal quality assurance at a moderate level with statistical significance at .01; and 4) leadership of the school administrators in terms of digital era that affected internal quality assurance of the schools with statistical significant level at .05, comprised of two aspects: Digital Literacy and Digital Culture. They jointly predicted an internal quality assurance effectiveness of the schools accounting for 21.7%.
