Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study the motivation of Rahan Subdistrict Municipality employees. Bueng Samakkhi District Kamphaeng Phet Province 2) Study the main competencies of Rahan Subdistrict Municipality employees. Bueng Samakkhi District Kamphaeng Phet Province and 3) study the relationship between Motivation and competency of employees in Rahan Subdistrict Municipality Bueng Samakkhi District Kamphaeng Phet Province The population used in this research was 50 people, consisting of all personnel working in Rahan Subdistrict Municipality. Bueng Samakkhi District Kamphaeng Phet Province. The tool used in the research was a questionnaire. Statistics used in the research included percentages, means, standard deviations. and the Pearson correlation coefficient. The research results found that Motivation of personnel in Rahan Subdistrict Municipality Bueng Samakkhi District Kamphaeng Phet Province Overall, it is at a high level. And when considering each aspect with the average values ​​sorted from highest to lowest as follows: Responsibility in the work Nature of work Aspects of success in work Work environment In terms of being accepted and respected and progress in Work duties in order. Key competencies in the work of personnel In Rahan Subdistrict Municipality Bueng Samakkhi District Kamphaeng Phet Province Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect with an average Arranged from highest to lowest as follows: Service is excellent. Adhering to correctness and ethics Teamwork Focusing on results and understanding of organizations and work systems, respectively.  Relationship between motivation and competency of personnel in Rahan Subdistrict Municipality. Bueng Samakkhi District Kamphaeng Phet Province The relationship is in the same direction, except for the motivation in being respected There is no relationship with competency in teamwork, that is, if personnel are more motivated, it will affect the main competency of personnel to increase to a moderate level, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
