The Satisfaction of Foreign Tourist Toward Purchasing Thai Herbal Inhaler Product

Abstract
The objective of this study to study were to study the level of the satisfaction of foreign tourist toward purchasing Thai herbal inhaler, to compare their satisfaction according to personal factors and to study relations between their satisfaction and social factors. The sample consisted of 400 foreign tourists at Chatuchak Weekend Market, MBK Center and Siam area. Data were collected using a questionnaire.
The result found that the satisfaction of foreign tourist toward purchasing Thai herbal inhaler product was at moderate level. Foreign tourist, satisfaction with price and product were at high level. The hypothesis testing indicated that foreign tourist who had difference in gender, age, occupation, and income caused difference in satisfaction toward purchasing Thai herbal inhaler product. While foreign tourist who had difference in education and expenses for purchasing Thai herbal inhaler product caused no difference in satisfaction toward purchasing Thai herbal inhaler product. Social factors including family, friend and media correlated with the satisfaction of foreign tourist toward purchasing Thai herbal inhaler product.
