Factors Affecting Human Potential Development in Chonburi Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) To analyze the conditions, problems and obstacles related to factors affecting human potential development in Chonburi Province. 2) To study factors affecting human potential development in Chonburi Province and 3) To create guidelines for human potential development in Chonburi Province. It is quantitative research. The sample groups used in this research are people in Chonburi province Derived from calculations according to the Taro Yamane formula, numbering 400 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire created by studying documents. Theory and related research are tools for collecting data from samples. It covers the content and objectives of the study according to the concept of primary and dependent variables.
The research found that: Conditions of problems related to the development of personal potential in Chonburi Province. The primary variables, overall, in all aspects, were found to be at a moderate level. They can be arranged in descending order as follows: Planning aspect Technology Management Performance Operational methods and participation, respectively.
Factors affecting the development of personal potential in Chonburi Province, the dependent variables, in all aspects, were found to be at a moderate level, arranged in order from highest to lowest as follows: Support side Demand side and satisfaction respectively.
Guidelines for developing human potential in Chonburi Province should include good management planning. Prepare resources Analyze useful factors Coordinate with relevant agencies Set clear goals Use resources efficiently and thoroughly Organize training for people in each area. Manage the allocation of duties to relevant agencies to take care of. Implementation of the plan Staff assistance support Help from officials or agencies Continue organizing training to provide knowledge convenience that will cause the development of individual potential.
