Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) To study targeted leadership indicators of educational institution administrators under the office of primary education service areas, government inspectorate cluster 5 and 2) To examine the harmonious alignment and validate the components of targeted leadership indicators of educational institution administrators under the office of primary education service area, government inspectorate cluster 5


This study established selection criteria for indicators included in the model, requiring an average score of 3.00 or higher and a coefficient of variation of 20% or lower. Data were collected from 780 school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Primary Educational Service Area Office, Inspection Region 5, using a five-point rating scale with a reliability coefficient of 0.93. A proportional stratified sampling method was applied, and data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with statistical software Indicators of Goal-Oriented Leadership among school administrators were found to be appropriate. The average scores of each component ranged from 4.43 to 4.72, with a coefficient of variation between 10.04 and 15.97. This indicates that all 73 indicators met the selection criteria and could be incorporated into the model The model demonstrated a strong fit with empirical data, as indicated by key statistical values: Chi-square (χ²) = 34.027, df = 31, P-value = 0.320 Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) = 0.990, Adjusted GFI (AGFI) = 0.980 Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) = 0.11 Additionally, the factor loadings for the main components exceeded 0.50, while all subcomponents had factor loadings greater than 0.30, confirming their validity.
