Community Networks and Creative Local Resource Management

Abstract
This article aims to study the role of community networks in creative local resource management, focusing on the analysis of participation mechanisms, cooperation models, and sustainable community resource development approaches through the dimension of creativity. The study of documents in the study area with concrete operations of community networks revealed that community networks play an important role in driving local resource management through strong participation processes, especially in terms of knowledge creation and development of new concepts that link cultural capital, natural capital, and social capital of the community, leading to the valuing and diverse benefits of resource use in economic, social, and environmental dimensions. In addition, the cooperation network between communities and various sectors, including the government, private sector, and NGOs, also promotes social innovations that address the needs of sustainable local development
